Are there differences in 5-year outcomes in patients hospitalized with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (ejection fraction [EF], greater than or equal to 50%), heart failure with borderline ejection fraction (EF, 41%-49%), or heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (EF, less than or equal to 40%)?
